Rockers,
Glasgow opened in 2004 and has hosted some well known names that are topping
the UK charts now. We cater for all styles of music and give everyone a
warm welcome to Glasgow's alternative underground venue. The Venue has been
classed to america's CBGB's by XFM Scotland's Jim Gellatly.
Weekends at Rockers see's Classic Rock cover bands and Tribute bands to cater for our customers, Bikers, Punks, Metal types that are in the venue.
The venue can be hired out to willing promoters to put on their own band shows from Sunday to thursday. We aim to give all bands the chance to play at the venue either supporting or playing local bill nights in the venue. We give the bands the help and advice they need on stage and give them the best of equipment to use to save them bringing their own.
The only thing we can not supply for local bands is fans, we will advertise your shows online, posters and flyers around the city.
Rockers over the summer months is open from 11am till late allowing passing trade to bring in their own lunch and enjoy the big screen and have a game of pool on their lunch break.
Sunday to Thursday at Rockers all shows are 16+ allowing young music fans to enjoy real live music. 16+ nights the fans are not allowed to leave the venue apart from the provided smoking area.
